Web stories: drafts and device keepsakes stay in this browser. To keep a cloud copy, sign in at My account and explicitly back up your story. The web beta uses ChatGPT sign-in.

Native beta: stories, profile, captured moments and recorded readings remain on your device. Share important stories and audio to keep separate copies. Native app sync is not available yet.

Export or delete: My account lets you export your cloud collection, restore stories from a Wondertold account JSON export, and delete your Wondertold account. Restoring keeps existing cloud versions with matching IDs. Clearing browser data removes local copies. Downloads and prior waitlist records are separate.

Lost access or privacy request: use the form below. Do not include a password, child’s full name, recording or sensitive family details. We may need to verify account ownership before handling a privacy request.
